Pros: The room is big and everything is clean and comfortable, the staffs are very good, patient and treat you like family.

Pros: The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay special Hassan and soufiyan . The room amenities were nicely done, spacious and the sleep quality was excellent and the mattress felt like sleeping at home. Very caring .thank you soukaina for your welcome and smile fantastic breakfast.

Pros: Couldn’t have asked for more from Dar Fes Tresor. We were left without any accommodation when somewhere else we booked on booking.com turned out to not have any rooms available! So we booked here last minute and from the moment we arrived it was fab. This Riad is situated really near the entrance of the Medina - 2 min walk from Bab Ziyat - which means finding it is exceptionally easy (unlike most Riads). Someone even came to meet us. Our room was spacious and lovely and authentic. Loved our stay we decided to stay another night and got our parents to move hotels to join us. Couldn’t recommend more. The staff communicated with us on WhatsApp which made everything super easy. Would highly recommend.

Pros: The staff was absolutely awesome, extremely helpful and ready to address all our requests at any time, including organising a one-day tour of the medina with a local guide and helping us out with grabbing a taxi. The room and bathroom were relatively small but exactly as in the picture and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and the common room a very nice spot.

Cons: Everything was perfect. There were just a few minor issues (towel to be changed, heating not working properly) but the staff took care of them immediately!

Pros: Amazing stay! The staff — Soufiane, Souka, and Youssef — were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable with a hot shower, and the food was really nice. The location is the best in the Medina, and you can even park next to the Riad. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Pros: An Outstanding Stay! Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a large part of that was due to the incredible service. In particular, we have to give a huge shout-out to Soufiane. He was truly a lifesaver. When we arrived, he helped us get our luggage up to our room on the upper floor, and he was just as helpful on our way out. After checking out, he even walked us out to the street and hailed a taxi for us, which was so kind and thoughtful. He also went above and beyond by helping us find and buy water from a nearby shop. On top of the amazing service, the hotel itself was wonderful. We especially loved the dinner we had on the rooftop. The food was absolutely delicious and the setting was perfect. Thank you for an outstanding experience. We can't wait to come back!

Pros: Inside medina but still quiet. Beautiful room and building. Great breakfast.

Cons: Staff seemed to tell our names to people outside which led a (small) amount of hassle. Odd.
