Pros: Staff is very kind . Always answered my questions and gave my tea with local sweets

Pros: Very central location. Beautiful Riad. Fully renovated. Nice decor. U feel like real Moroccan sultan. Nice lady who prepared breakfast, young boy who works at the reception. Beautiful view from the terrace. Nice and strong shower.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about. It's just a great place to spend a few days.

Pros: Located at the foot of the old town hill, it's convenient for tourists wanting to explore Fez's old town. The residence can help you book local restaurants and taxis, so you don't have to spend too much time on that.

Cons: There is no air conditioning, only a small heater, so it may be a bit cold in winter for tourists who are not resistant to that.

Pros: The staff made my stay wonderfull! Mohamed is the most humble and polite human being! Karim is full of life and energy and Fedoua is a very gentle and intelligent woman. They all are a wonderful staff!

A great value traditional stay

Pros: A beautiful, traditional riad just at the edge of the Medina. It’s easy to find from where the taxi can drop you off. The breakfast is amazing; traditional Moroccan breakfast that kept me full until the mid afternoon. The young man that runs the riad is very sweet and attentive.

Nice to experience Morrocan traditional accommodation

Pros: Muhammad, Zakaria, and Fadwa were very helpful. Muhammad in particular was a great host and was genuine in his advise about shopping and good attractions of Fes, thank you Muhammad. Muhammad did bring a good breakfast on the roof in a fresh air.

Cons: Check in was a bit unorganized wich created some misunderstanding but it was sorted out smoothly.

Pros: I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Riad Hamad Tijani team, especially Fadwa, Mohammed and Zakaria, for my wonderful stay in Fez. It was an unforgettable experience thanks to their hospitality and attention to every detail. I enjoyed the New Year's Eve party hosted by Fadwa and the staff at the riad. It was a wonderful party that reflected the beautiful Moroccan authenticity. I was very impressed by the beauty of the riad's decorations, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. And the excellent service. I cannot forget, of course, the delicious and free varied breakfast. Mohammed and Zakaria were always helpful and ready to answer all my questions and provide assistance. Thanks to their valuable advice, I was able to explore the city better. I highly recommend all tourists to try staying at Riad Hamad Tijani. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of Fez. \

Highly recommend

Pros: The staff was incredible, Mohammed especially, always there when you needed him. Breakfast was very very good. Beds were comfy. It was easy to find and then to navigate thru the medina. AC in the room worked great. rooms were quiet.

Good clean, comfortable place to stay with friendly service.

Pros: Mohamed was super helpful in assisting with travel concerns and getting what I needed to be comfortable. Very hospitable. The location is perfect. Easy to get to and not quite in the congested medina, but everything within a few minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable with a big spacious shower with nice tiling and hot water.

Pros: Trés bon acceuil des l'arrivée à l'aeroport par notre super Fadwa malgré notre arrivée tardive et pluvieuse. Puis Mohammed a pris la releve. Copieux petit dejeuner mixte. Disponible, et de tres bonne fois.
